Thought it would be cheap and average but it was a nice surprise. Mattress was my kind of firm and easy peasy getting it all the way up to my apartment. Thanks for the wheels on the box! Whoever decided that give them a raise

It is an amazing bed. I couldn't have asked for more and honestly didn't expect a bed to be this comfy.
A bed that comes in a box with wheels - thank goodness as I am disabled. Back issues, chronic pain and dislocating knees are feeling much better than our normal and this is the only change we have had. Joy mattresses are allowing me to sleep again, and it's reducing pain.
Getting it inside was super easy to unpack and didn't take long at all.
The second you unroll it, it begins to look like a normal mattress.
No springs stabbing you, superior comfort where it's soft but you don't disappear in it. I am even sleeping again. This bed is beyond worth it. I had no idea a bed could be this comfy. I don't want to leave my bed.
Joy comes with a recycled tote bag, a ten year warranty, an instruction booklet that is double purposed as wrapping paper and a make a wish donation with a postcard. Talk about perks
